From a few mornings a week to live-in support around the clock, we build care around the person and family.
01
Care and companionship at any hour of the day.
02
Compassionate caregivers who treat people with dignity and respect.
03
Days full of enriching, meaningful activities that give purpose.
04
Improved physical, mental, emotional, relational, and spiritual well-being.
Care varies from person to person, but often looks like:
Personal care
Bathing, dressing, toileting, transfers and mobility assistance from caregivers trained in safe technique.
Hourly · Overnight · Live-in
Meals and nutrition
Shopping, cooking to dietary needs, and sitting down to eat together rather than leaving a plate.
Housekeeping
Light cleaning, laundry, linens and keeping walkways clear to prevent falls.
Medication and appointments
Reminders, pill organization, transport to appointments, and notes back to the family.
Coordinated with your doctor
Respite for family
Scheduled relief so the daughter or spouse doing everything can rest, work, or travel.
As little as 4 hours
Companionship
Cards, walks, Mass, phone calls with grandchildren. Loneliness is a health problem and we treat it as one.
Most families are surprised by what they qualify for. We will help you find out before you commit to anything.
PASSPORT and related waivers can cover in-home personal care for those who qualify. We help you start the application.
Veterans and surviving spouses may receive a monthly benefit toward home care.
Most policies reimburse non-medical home care. We provide the documentation your insurer needs.
For families who cannot pay, gifts to the mission subsidize some hours. Ask the coordinator. It is one of the reasons we raise money.
